Childrens' Ministry
	Stage/Set Design Team – Part of actively engaging children is an exciting environment. We regularly change the staging of our River Splash Theater and need visually artistic and creative minds to help us! The team meets every other month. Contact Susan Corkern
	Lead Teacher – Calling all teachers! We need people to lead lessons and activities for K-3 during one service every other Sunday. Contact Susan Corkern
	Classroom Helpers – If you have ever been around a group of children in the K-3 range you know it is worse than herding cats! The teachers need your help to lead the kids through activities! Every other Sunday, one service only. Contact Susan Corkern.
	Volunteer Care – Our volunteers care for our children, you care for our volunteers! We are looking for people to keep in communication with program volunteers, take prayer requests, send birthday cards, and ensure that they feel cared for and valued as a volunteer. This is done at home during the week via phone calls and emails, and cards. Contact Susan Corkern
	Substitute Teacher – Calling all (substitute) teachers! We need people to lead lessons and activities for K-3 when our regular teachers and helpers can't make it. It is during one service every other Sunday. Contact Susan Corkern
	Decoration Team – Consider yourself an interior designer? How about putting those skills to work in Two River's Riverbank area! Plan and implement various themes about once a month. Contact Susan Corkern
	Media Shout Operator – The kids also get stuff on the screens, but they need someone to operate the computer for them! Only moderate computer skills required, twice a month for a single service. Contact Susan Corkern
	Soundboard Operator – Do you have experience with audio equipment and mixing? We would love to train you and plug you into... Childrens' Ministry! We need volunteers to run sound, every other Sunday for a single service, in the River Splash Theater for our young'uns. Contact Susan Corkern
	Large Group Host/Actor – Where would Batman be without his sidekick Robin? Our Dive-In teachers need sidekicks, too! Memorize themes, story lines and talking points to effectively and creatively communicate and teach the main point of a lesson surrounding a Bible story. Every three or four weeks during both services, for 45 minutes. Contact Susan Corkern
	Service Coordinator – We need people with the gifts of leadership and administration to help ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly in the K-3 hallways from check-in to check-out, act as a liaison between the Service Director and Security Team, handle parent/child issues and monitor visitors. 	Greeter – We need kids greeters! If you love nothing more than seeing the smile of the little ones come help make that smile happen! Welcome parents and kids as they enter Riverbank area, direct any visitors to classrooms, and work the check-in tables as needed. Every other Sunday, one service for 30 minutes. Contact Susan Corkern
	Class Supply Team – Behind the scenes your style? The Dive In teachers need supplies ready on Sundays for everything to run smoothly. The time commitment is every other week, during the day. Contact Susan Corkern
	Curriculum Modifier – Part of the reason our Dive In teaching is so good is because we have good curriculum! If you want to be part of the teaching without getting up in front yourself consider helping out here. We need people to adapt K-3rd grade curriculum each month so that the lessons are relevant, feasible, and practical for our purposes and use. This is done monthly or bimonthly from home. 	Team Leader – Our Fall Family Frenzy is one of our biggest outreaches of the year. We need a Leader of leaders to the be project manager for this event. The team meets five to six times prior to the event. Contact Laura Owens
	Fall Family Frenzy Team – Our Fall Family Frenzy is one of our biggest outreaches of the year. The team assists the planning and implementation of the event. The time commitment includes preparation time during the week as well as the afternoon/evening of the event on October 30th. Contact Laura Owens
	Fall Frenzy Volunteer – Our Fall Family Frenzy is one of our biggest outreaches of the year, and we cannot get enough volunteers for it! Help with games, inflatables, concessions, trunk or treat, candy, and/o more! The afternoon and evening of October 30th. Contact Laura Owens
Student Ministries
	Shed Cleanup/Organization Team – Students live in The Shed! If your heart is serving and you have organizational skills, we need you! This team will maintain monthly cleanup, inside and out and the back storage area of The Shed. This team will help discover any needs of The Shed. 	Shed Décor/Design Team – If you have a creative heart and have a knack for decorating, then this opportunity screams your name! We want The Shed to feel warm and be inviting to our students and their friends. We want to be proud of our home for Student Ministries. 	Student Ministries Volunteer – If God is calling your heart to come a little closer to hang with students, we want you! We take all ages, sizes, shapes and personalities. Come grow and serve beside the students and leaders. You will be surprised at your own growth with the Lord! Contact Chris Jessen (High School) or Jon Teague (Middle School).
	Student Ministries Event Coordinator – Looking for that person to help provide program support and planning to staff and administration. This person can be huge in our Student Ministries events to help orchestrate –beginning to end! Chris Jessen (High School) or Jon Teague (Middle School).
	Video/Sound/Lighting Tech – Looking for lights, camera, and action! We need your help to run videos, music lyrics, and lesson presentations during the programs or if you have an ear to hear for mixing music, love you to help with the sound board for musical sets and speakers. 	High School FUEL Fillup Team – Food on Wednesday night is a draw for High School students. Come be part of a fun, dynamic team of men and women that keeps our students fed, by planning meals for the season, organizing groups to provide food, rotating parent volunteers to serve and maintain kitchen organization at The Shed. Bring your heart on a platter and be ready to serve with this team! Contact Chris Jessen
	“Mix Minglers” – Hang out in the Shed during the Mix on Sunday mornings to connect with Middle School students in a large-group setting. Contact Katie Addington.
	2:42 Group Co-Leaders – Join other adults in discipling Middle School students in small group settings throughout the week. Contact Katie Addington.
	Special Events Crew – Provide program support for special events like BIG Wednesday, camps, etc, or drive for off-site events. When there’s more going on, we need more hands! Contact Katie Addington.
	Prayer Partners – Pray for students, leaders, parents, families, regular programs, special events, and everyday lives, whether with a group, individually, on-site, or remotely. Contact Katie Addington.
	Adopt-A-Leader – Occasionally encourage a Middle School Leader through notes, calls, meetings, or other reminders. Let our leaders know in little ways that their service is appreciated! Contact Katie Addington.
Discipleship
	Taste of Two Rivers Hospitality – Help Two Rivers welcome visitors at our monthly luncheon – Taste of Two Rivers – by helping setup, serve food, and greet our guests. The commitment is about two hours once a month, from 11:45 - 1:45. Contact Krista Brewster
	Curriculum Developer – If you have teaching and pastoral gifts, as well as creativity and a love for learning this is for you! Work as part of a team in to develop curriculum and resources that catalyze discipleship. The time commitment is 30 to 90 minutes a week. Contact Bart Pederson
	Special Events Hospitality Team – Do you have the gift of hospitality? We are looking for people to partner in creating a warm, and welcoming environment through decorating, food and drink preparation before and during special events (Discipling U seminars, Wade In, Alpha, Men’s, Women’s, and Singles events, conferences, informational meetings etc.) The time commitment is periodic and highly flexible.
	Special Events Registration – We need people provide excellent service in helping people register before and during special events (Discipling U seminars, Wade In, Alpha, Conferences, informational meetings etc.) The time commitment is 30 minutes on Sunday mornings for pre-registration and 1 hour during on-site registration.
	Special Events Technical Team – Do you have gifts in sound, lights, computer, etc. and want a place to plug in? Then look no further! We want to use your skills to provide sound, computer, and video support during special events. The time commitment is highly flexible, about 1-2 hours per week leading up to special events and extended time during special events.
Local Outreach
	Volunteer Counselor/General Help at Choices Resource Center – The Choices Resource Center is looking for people to answer phone calls and provide general help around the center. The time commitment is 2 hours per week at the Choices Resource Center in Oak Ridge. Contact Harry Page
	Service Coordinator for Appalachia and Lighthouse Ministry – Serve the 2RC body and community of Appalachia by setting up projects for food distribution, backpacks and school supplies or other tangible ways to love those who are the least of these. As part of Feeding God's Children, the time commitment is variable, the team meets as projects are identified and a plan is put in place. Contact Side or Shannon Kemp
	Mentor – Mentors are needed for Kid's Hope USA at Eaton Elementary School. Kid's Hope USA is the largest church sponsored, elementary school-based mentoring program in the country! It builds sustainable partnerships between churches and public schools by equipping church-based directors to deliver a nationally acclaimed school-based mentoring model. The time commitment is one hour per week.
	Resource Person – Resource Leaders are needed for Two Rivers Church Kid's Hope USA mentors at Eaton Elementary School. Kid's Hope USA is the largest church sponsored, elementary school-based mentoring program in the country! It builds sustainable partnerships between churches and public schools by equipping church-based directors to deliver a nationally acclaimed school-based mentoring model. The time commitment is two hours per week.
	CREW Team Leader – Is your toy store The Home Depot or Lowes? Then serving the Two Rivers body with your "handyman" skills as part of the CREW Team! Projects range from deck repair to more routine home maintenance for those with limited resources. The time commitment changes as projects are put into place. Contact Jim Calfee
	Acts 2 Growth Group Leader – We need someone to lead a study called Financial Peace, by Dave Ramsey. The study is about "handling God's money God's way," and 13 weeks long, held twice a year. Contact Bernie Reed
	Acts 2 Financial Counselor – Do you want to serve the 2RC body by ministering with compassion and care to those who have a need for financial assistance? The Acts 2 team meets with individuals or families to provide counsel and guidance in developing a financial plan. It may include help with management skills or creating a budget. Contact Bernie Reed
Global Outreach
	Germany Team – Be part of our German team that serves our missionaries and connects our people to the opportunities, prayer needs and happenings in Germany. The team meets once a month. Contact Shannon Kemp
	Guatamala Team – The Guatemala Team and Two Rivers Church needs a Communications Champion to be the primary contact between the two, as well as the ministries Two Rivers serves, including: La Mision with Dr. Tito Palacios, Centro Cristiano Cultural Guatemala with Pastor David Alvarez, Vine International, Rayo de Esperanza with Mike and Karen Rhea and Feeding God's Children. 	Middle East Team – Become part of our Middle East team that serves our missionaries and connects our people to the opportunities, prayer needs and happenings in the Middle East. The team meets once a month. Contact Time Ogier
Worship Arts
	Camera Operator – A key role on Sundays! We show the camera feed of the sermon on the TVs located around the building. We also use the camera to tape the sermon for The Merge - our video venue in the River Room at 10:40am. Our camera is easy to use and we would love to train you! Looking for people to serve one Sunday per month. Contact Erin Smith
	Worship Slide Show Creator/Operator – This is one most important roles during the worship service! If there are no words on the screen it is hard for the people to follow the song and the great truths about God! Our presentation program is easy to learn and fun to use! You build the set list on the computer adding lyrics and background colors before service and run it during service. Looking for people to serve one Sunday per month in the Worship Center or the River Room for The Merge. Contact Erin Smith
	Sermon Presentation Designer/Presenter – We're looking for people who enjoy building sharp presentations that communicate the critical points of the sermon as well as provide the Scripture on the screens. Our teaching team provides the specific material needed; you build the presentation! Then you run the presentation on Sunday morning. Looking for people to serve one Sunday per month. 	Lighting Engineer – Would you like to be part of creating a beautiful, engaging environment for worship?! We would love to train you how to run the lights in the Worship Center and the River Room for The Merge. Looking for people to serve one Sunday per month. Contact Jon Teague.
	Sound Engineer – What we hear on Sunday mornings is a key part of our worship experience. Do you have experience with audio equipment and mixing? We would love to train you and plug you into our rotation of sound engineers! We are looking for people to serve one Sunday per month in the Worship Center or the River Room for The Merge. Contact Jon Teague.
	Program Assistants – Do you have a desire to play a part in our worship ministry but you don't sing, play or have technical experience? We are looking for servant hearts who serve in a variety of roles during our worship services. Roles include making copies, moving stage props, praying and other general needs during our services. Looking for people to serve one Sunday per month. Contact Jon Teague.
Facilities
	Replace damaged ceiling tiles – As needed with job holder checking tile conditions monthly. Keep roof covering clean – At least monthly to help avoid penetrations of roof covering. Computer – Occasional jobs like finding out why our computer dedicated to the chimes looses track of days. Similar problem with light timers. Locks – Door locks break down now and then. Appliance repair – Kitchen stuff mostly. Elevator repair – Lift to the stage is not working properly. Plumbing – Automatic flusher problems, clogs, work on water heaters, etc. Flooring – Replacing tiles that get broken. HVAC – Someone trained in this field enough to do periodic inspections to warn ahead of time when to call in our HVAC contractor and to inspect after work is done to assure done properly. Thermostats – We need people to inspect stats and adjust them as needed. General – Hanging stuff on walls, light carpentry, skilled finish carpentry, general mechanical work. Contact Kathy Duhaime.
Everything Else
	First Touch Team – Literally the front lines on Sunday morning, our First Touch team greets and welcomes visitors and members alike into our community. A vital part of our welcoming value, you serve twice a month, 8:30-11:00. Contact Walter Cook
	Security Team – Our Sunday bouncers, our Security Teams creates a visible presence and helps with emergencies and ensures a safety environment to entry of the childrens' wing. Sunday services- 8:30-10:20 or 10:20-12:20am once a month. Contact Anthony Tillman.
	Growth Group Leader – Growth groups are at the core of discipleship and community at Two Rivers. As the church grows so does our need for Growth Group leaders. The time commitment is only three to four hours per week, plus quarterly Leaders Care & Group Leader training sessions. Contact Danny Matthews
	Stephen Minister – Two Rivers' Stephen Ministry equips "regular people" to provide confidential, one-on-one Christian care to individuals who are experiencing difficulty or major events in their lives, from deaths & illness, to births & adoption, to unemployment. About two hours per week. Contact Glen Sisco
	Personal Contact Specialist – Personally follow up with guests answering their questions and helping them find their way into the life and ministry at Two Rivers. About one hour per weeks with other team members on campus, with initial training.
	Fireworks @ The Junction Area Leader – Do you like it when things GO BOOM? Then come and join us and help make it happen! We need people to coordinate teams for parking, games, food, event promotion and safety for our annual Fourth of July Event. The team meets 4-5 times prior to the event, and each leader oversees an area and recruits a team to serve on their team. Contact Ivan Shawvan
	Cove Park Outreach Area Leader – One of our biggest outreaches of the year is at Cove Park at the end of the summer. We need people to coordinate teams for parking, games, food, event promotion and set up. The team meets 5-6 times prior to the event, and each leader oversees an area and recruits a team to serve on their team. Contact David Peacock
	Volunteer Receptionist – We are in need of friendly people who will be “our first voice” to assist with the phones and general office duties. Looking for people who will serve four hours one day a week. Contact Lynnette Payne.
	Volunteer Office Worker – With all the wonderful things we are doing to connect people to ministry, we need help in getting everything done to keep communication flowing, ministries organized, and preparations completed each week.
